Please include specification addresses for event with sub-names ie: (Montgomery room, Lincoln hall, Pink Room, Roof Top Lounge ) If multiple locations are necessary, please specify individually, each location with event sub-name ie: ceremony, cocktail, reception, breakout etc.. please include schedule of events. Start and end times of each event (indicate AM/PM CST). Load in / load out, times. (designate parking arrangement) Names (possible contact info) for event persons of importance. On site contact person (event planner, venue manager, etc..)
